✅ 1. Terms of Service (ToS)

Welcome to YardGuard Pet Waste Services (“YardGuard,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our services, you (“Client,” “you”) agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

We provide residential and commercial pet waste removal, and related add-on services. Specific services, frequency, and pricing are outlined at the time of signup or service agreement.

 

2. Service Access

You agree to provide safe and unobstructed access to the areas requiring service. Locked gates, blocked entrances, or loose/aggressive animals may result in a skipped visit that is still billed.

 

3. Payment Terms

All services must be prepaid. We accept secure online payments via credit/debit card. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled 72 hours before the next billing cycle. Failed payments may result in service suspension.

 

4. Weather Conditions

We operate in most weather conditions. However, in the event of extreme weather (e.g., hurricanes, lightning), we reserve the right to reschedule within 48 hours.

 

5. Waste Volume & Pricing Adjustments

If excessive waste buildup or special circumstances are encountered, YardGuard may adjust pricing with prior notice and customer approval.

 

6. Cancellation

You may cancel services at any time by contacting us at least 72 hours in advance of your next billing cycle. No refunds are issued for services canceled mid-cycle.

 

7. Dangerous Pets

We reserve the right to refuse or postpone service if an animal on the property poses a safety threat. You will be notified, and the visit may still be billed.

 

8. Liability

We are fully insured and take great care to avoid property damage. However, YardGuard is not responsible for damage to unmarked sprinkler systems, underground utilities, or pet-related health issues unrelated to our service.

 

9. Modifications

YardGuard may update these Terms of Service at any time. Clients will be notified via email or our website of any material changes.
